Returns Policy

The Buyer shall inspect the Goods on delivery and shall within three (3) days of delivery notify the Seller of any alleged defect, shortage in quantity, damage or failure to comply with the description or quote.  If the Buyer shall fail to comply with these provisions, the Goods shall be conclusively presumed to be in accordance with the terms and conditions and free from any defect or damage. In the case of the incorrect goods being purchased there will be a 10% restocking fee.

Australian Power Tool Supplier warranty policy only covers products that are sold by Authorised Australian Power Tool Suppliers

Power Tools that are purchased from providers outside of Australia may not be built to Australian standards and be deemed illegal to operate in Australia.

Australian Power Tool Suppliers cannot guarantee the availability of spare parts for products that are purchased from suppliers that obtain products from other countries.

If a Power tool that is not certified for use in Australia is deemed to be the cause of an accident or incident possible insurance claims may be made void.
