I was advised that the welder was not in stock at the time, and would be sent at the first available time, I was pleased to receive e mail updates on the arrival and post date etc, the welder arrived in perfect condition via the post . The staff service was excellent. I will certainly buy again from your company when the need arises and have commented to friends ‘Get Tools Direct’. For your info ~ Aust Post may not deliver to your door at certain county locations, but will send a ‘pick up slip’ from the local Post Office, this may add a day or two for the actual delivery. I couldnt be happier with the service I recieved. Upon ordering I recieved a phonecall to verify my order,as well as recieving emais so I could track the delievery. The extra T-shirts are great too - thanks Paul! The order's all complete now. 15 Aug 2011 Received my order today (see details below). Only dispatched last Friday so pretty fast work! Thanks Paul for the Makita T-shirts - stolen by the kids already. Size M probably a bit small for me anyway! Only one small drama. The side handle enclosed for the BHP454 cordless hammer suits a Ø43mm collar not the Ø55mm on the drill. Any chance you could forward one & do you want this one back?
