The Festool DR 18 offers many advantages. The QuaDrill is not only lighter, but also 10cm shorter than traditional drills, which is particularly beneficial in restricted areas. Its powerful motor, 4-speed transmission and FastFix interface make it suitable for universal application, giving it the ability to fasten both large and small screws, drive or drill to defined depth and access areas not normally reachable with the angle attachment. The CENTROTEC chuck allows for bits changes in less than few seconds. With no run-down time and low 1.7kg weight, the QuaDrill saves you time and effort. The drill is covered by Festool's comprehensive 3-year warranty.

A 4-speed transmission and speed levels from 400 to 3,800 rpm make the DR 18 QuaDrill ideal for universal drilling/driving applications.
Maximum performance in compact size
The QuaDrill is not only lighter than traditional drills, it is also full 10cm shorter. Its compact design allows for easily access in confined spaces and it is optimally suited for continuous drilling and driving jobs less weight means less fatigue and more working progress.
A 5-in-1 investment
The FastFix interface allows for fast, tool-free changes between regular chuck, angle chuck, depth stop chuck, socket head adapter and CENTROTEC chuck. The latter is smaller and more lightweight than conventional chucks, and allows bits and drill bits to be simply inserted and removed with one click.
Large working radius
The QuaDrill is powered by an EC-Tec motor with maximum efficiency, delivering more power per watt. Its long 7.5m power cable provides large working radius.
The QuaDrill design ensures the perfect flow of force along the drilling axis and consequently achieves the best drilling and driving results. Its rubber coating prevents damage and scratches to the work piece, allows firm grip and prevents the drill from slipping on inclined surfaces such as roofs.
