Delivery is provided by Australia Post, StarTrack and TNT. All deliveries can be tracked at all times via their online tracking systems.

There may be a small delay when shipping goods to New Zealand.

We offer insurance on all orders to cover you in the unlikely event that your delivery gets damaged or goes missing during transit.
Expected time of delivery is typically 2-7 working days depending on your location. Please keep in mind, if you are located rurally or within New Zealand this may cause an extended delay of one week minimum. Express Post is offered within Australia.
We do same day dispatch for all in-stock items that are purchased from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately it is impossible for us carry all stock items 100% of the time. If an item is ordered that is out of stock we will ensure they are priority goods and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
In the event of a stock item being ordered whilst out of stock the customer will be notified immediately by phone or email.
- Courier deliveries will only be made to fixed addresses.
- Goods that are left at unattended premises are the responsibility of the receiver.
